Healthy Turkey Meatballs



This is a healthier alternative to beef meatballs. It's moist, delicious and easy to pull together.
With just a few ingredients, these meatballs can make any meal superb.




Ingredients:

1 lb ground Turkey
1/2 Onion, grated
2 Garlic, minced
1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
1 tbsp chopped Parsley
1 tsp chopped Rosemary
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper


Method:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, Combine all the ingredients. With clean hands or a fork, mix well.
Form into small balls, place on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake for 20 mins, then turn the oven to 400 degrees and bake for another 15 mins or until the meatballs are brown.
Serve with spaghetti and your favorite pasta sauce or make a meatball sandwich.



Note:

You can double the recipe and store them in the fridge or freezer for later use.
