Dominoes Who???? Tammie's Garlic Bread for Dinner

For dinner my mom and I didn't want anything complicated, I didn't want to prep a bunch of ingredients and slave over the stove. We wanted something simple and easy. We considered ordering some Dominoes Garlic Bread because that's my favorite but I remembered we had some pizza dough in the fridge. So I decided instead of buying garlic bread, why don't we make it. It always feels good when you make your meals yourself.

 Tammie's Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

1 disc of my No Fuss Pizza Dough
4 garlic cloves, mined
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp butter, melted
salt and pepper
Cornmeal for dusting

Method:

Preheat your oven to 360 degree F.
Light dust a flat surface with flour. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out into your desired shape. Spread some cornmeal at the bottom of your dish and season with salt. Place the rolled out dough on the baking sheet or in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Pour some of the melted butter on the dough and massage the garlic mixture into the dough. Massage the dough for about 2-3 minutes. Pour remaining butter on top. Cover with foil, so that the garlic won't burn before the dough is cooked. (Burnt garlic doesn't taste good)
Place it oven and bake for 20 minutes, remove foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes of until golden brown on the edges.
Let cool, cut into strips and serve with some marinara sauce and a light salad.
